September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month |
Terry Nordbrock, left, holds a candle for her son Linus, who is battling leukemia. Next to her is her friend Beverley Tidwell, whose candle is held in memory of her son William, who died of cancer. They were among about 100 people at Monday's vigil outside University Medical Center.
